We are now selling Graupner motors. We currently stock three models which appear to be the ones most used by rc tankers but will increase the range available if there is the demand. Here are the models currently available -

Any chance of selling pinion gears also?
As I bought some motors last summer with 2.3mm shaft and haven't found any 10 tooth 48 pitch pinions to fit yet.
Thanks.

I have the Gruapner SPEED 400 in my oldest tank, over two years and the motors work great. As to the Pinion issue I have 11tooth and 12 tooth both,I run the 11. The pinions were purchased locally. But Steve may have options for us,and I'm sure after reading these post he will respond.

The motors work, and they have been run hard.Their in 4 of my tanks, their in Dietrich tanks as well. So it is money well spent, and money I certainly do not regret spending, but a year ago these stopped being available here in the USA,Hobby Lobby International based here in Tennessee could not restock, so I will be purchasing from Steve as I need these in my Tamiya Porsche King Tiger,it will be needed as this tank comes off the shelf to be my new project tank.
Also know that if pinions are an issue,I will get with Steve and work out him being able to stock from the local shop here who do stock the 11 and 12 tooth 48 pitch, their used in cars here by them. So guys take advantage of a proven motor, proven durability and power.
cheers

I suggest 400,the 480 are more powerful, and draw more amps. Me and Alb tried both. The 400 worked best, and my RX18 is a double fan cooled unit. But the 480 is a 3.2mm shaft so more pinion options?
I have sent a e-mail TO Steve, and I'm sure this will all work out. I like the Gruapner s because they work well, and keep working.

All can be made to work, fan cooling is not expensive and draws little power for big airflow. Hey you guy are just weeks away from the meet right?
How about the sneek attack method, with the 400 you can always ram!
