...Hi to all, another newbie here, an r/c veteran based in nottinghamshire, running an infamous HL M41 (1st Model Tank) well in touch with the 'entry level' nature of these ready to run machines and will be upgrading most parts as they become available as and when they need it and according to type of use as time progress's.
So far quite impressed with what you get for the money despite a few bits being under engineered but we cant have our cake in both hands I guess. Its the white boxed semi-pro with nylon gears & tracks but fitted with the smoker, sound and RX18 27mhz reciever.

Upgrades so far are 4300mah battery & metal track & sproket set, gearboxes will be next

Looking foward to meeting you all and enjoying the hobby

So far there up to 10 people there is a fee of £5 that will go to the hire of the hut but the more people who come along the less it will be as we are spreading the hire cost between us! This is the first meet of the Norths up and coming tank club we will be IR battling But this meet is just to have chat and have a mess about and see some of the IR battle systems and for those who have them have a small battle ! It's just the start! But we are planning fir having monthly meet ups if your interested pm me all the best for the new year!!! Gary.
