Battle Field 3

Hi, Has anyone played BF3 on Xbox, PS3 and Pc?
theres loads of tanks, but modern, and battle field 1942 thats pretty good too.

Not 3, got it on my amazon wish list though, lol.
Played battlefield 2, the console battlefield 2, and bad company 2.
The vehicles where great on bf2, but I'm just waiting on the missus to let me pay for it, lol.

Kinda addicted to BF3 at the moment
Driving the tanks is a lot of fun. Only stupid thing are the jets, just to fast for the mapsizes. If you use your afterburner just once, you fly straight out of the map.

BF3 is sweet, on PC (only way!) maxed out at like 100 fps is beautiful, quite glitchy sometimes but I hope they will sort it (slowly getting better).
The tank stuff is OK but not the most realistic I have played. Is annoying on 'hardcore' mode when tanks still take 4 shells or 5 rpgs to take out?
If anyone had BF2 try Forgotten Hope 2, as realistic weapon wise as they come!
