just want to say that welsh dragon are bloody heroes. ordered my tiger wed night, really excited as they only had one left. steve from welsh dragon phoned me thursday night to say that he had tested it and it wasn't working then he said that he had tested a jagdpanther to upgrade me and that wasn't working either then he said would i like to upgrade to the king tiger at no extra cost i said yeah, grinning like a dog with two, so he said he would test thatone. phoned back about 20 mins later to say everything was fine and it would be dispached on friday morning. come friday morn i get an email to say it had been dispaced and as it came from a german supplier it had a continental charger so he had included a british one. all i can say is , wow. great to know that some companies still value customer service and i will deffo be using steve for all my bits and future builds. do i get my tenner now steve?

Must admit, without trying to seem like a groupie for him he is pretty damn good. I bought £200 of gear from him just before his discount offer last week. when my stuff arrived (next day) there was another more than reasonable discount offer just for me to account for my purchase, which i duly used, good customer service for me, good business for him, everybody wins.

Any problems or queries are answered pretty the same day which is a HUGE thing as far as I'm concerned as I have the attention span of a cocker spaniel and as Jeff states he bends over backwards to help, not something you see often nowadays. Appreciate I'm preaching to the converted of those of us who have been in this hobby a while but for the newbies he is worth looking at amongst the other fine providers ( Forgebear etc) for our money sapping hobby. Just put the cheque in the post Steve........
