the post man came this morning and deliver my much wanted armour hobbies
sdkfz 250

i opend the box ..and found a compelet pice of scrap broken knackered boday
and a pile of missing tracks and pins ..damaged road wheels

in a nut shell totaly fxxked

i am seriously serioulsy dissapointed

noe it up to hans ..what are thay going to do
there was no shipping packing to protect the parts as a result .. its 90% useless

Fire off an email to the place you bought it from - they should have things like this being shipped better, even if its a "Fragile" sticker on the box.

Not much you can do really, until you hear back from the place you bought it.

there was no proper packing inside the bbox at all

just the parts stuffed in ...

just looked again..... i think the only parts no damaged are the screws that hold the thing together

realy realy shocking to see such poor packing

Hopefully they should send you a new one! I'm pretty sure they must have insurance for when this happens! If they don't give you a nee one it will not look good and would put people off buying off them on the offchance they mite not get there model in one peace!!!!

What a mess. Hope they give you a new one soon. No excuse for such service.

That sucks man..what a let down. Guess one of the british tanks fired a few rounds at it... When that van driver comes to your door ,and he hasn't got time to wait for you look through your box. Always,always sign as damaged. That way you are covered with them. As for the packing..well i guess Big tanks was saving some BIG $$$$ when sending their well cared for models.

i am alreay getting the runn around for bta / hans

say i need to claim .. i cant seem to get the to undersatnd as thay sent it from the us
that BTA / HANS have to claim .. royal mail dont want to know
i also seel quite angry that tbta are implying .. i will have to wait for the claim to be sorted out
that so not right ..... it not may fault .. i paid and i expect the goods i paid for ..
i am getting more and more angry
at this moment i feel like there trying to got out of resolveing this situation

As a 1/6 collector interested in one of these models they have lost me as a potential customer. Thanks for letting us know. Hope they sort you out quickly.
