My heng long pz III bb gun doen't work. Like it doesn't fire then the next shot it fires two at once or more. What happened and how do I fix it?

Sounds like something might be sticking so not allowing a BB to load then a few go in. Have you been using already fired BB's or even the Heng Long ones. That might of caused some dirt to get into the mechanism.

Unless somebody else comes up with another method I think you'll have to remove the airsoft and play around to try free it up.

The problem may be the feed tray under the copula,the small hole leads to another tray that if loose would allow the pellets to jam. Still would require the disassembly of the tank,which we can guide you through. If you need help with the disassembly PM me and I'll walk you through the procedure. Sorry for the late reply, usually when it involves a child we try to be prompt,children are easily disappointed.

Thanks for the help everyone. The gun works like new.

The BBs are a really close fit in the barrel, it only takes a small amount of debris to stop them firing. When Heng Long say don't use old BBs they mean it!
