Unimax = forces of valor ?

Sorry if this question comes over a s a bit well simple, but is the unimax rc king tiger the same as the forces of valor King tiger ?
Same company different build materials and scales as the Unimax RC King Tiger is 1:24.
I don't think they make a standing model in that size at all, most of the Forces of Valor King Tigers are 1:32/1:72 and part of the hull is die cast metal.
