I decided to fit some bushes to the drive shafts of my Tiger and before I knew it, this happened-

So while its in bits I thought I'd show all the mod's I've done to it.

This is the turret-

I sealed up the side and cut out the bottom

Then I added supports to make it more riged.

I’ve done some changes to the airsoft unit.

The spring has been swapped with one out of a V’s unit and I added 10mm of packing. The barrel is a piece of aluminium tube (from B&Q) cut to length and glued into the plastic barrel.

Hop-up system.
I drilled a small 0.5mm hole in the top of the tube and filled it with epoxy resin, then filed it down so that it would stop a BB pellet from rolling through but wont stop it if you blow on it. This’ll give the BB pellet a bit of backspin.

The  barrel and mantlet are screwed onto the Airsoft unit so that it’s airtight and it won’t come lose.

I beefed up the suspension with some nuts, bolts and aluminium bars. Also I've fiited Tamtoys high torque gearboxes.

WOW Great work, love the way you can change the Tiger to be different to most others. Very well done, can't wait to see it finished
