found this new sound board for H/L tanks on ebay, Item number 150654029429 would it be a good upgrade ?

I'm not sure I'd pay that much for it, but I'm a both a little cloth-eared and short of cash at the moment.

Still, one of the lads locally has a couple of HLs (a IV and a Panther), and swears by this card, having very recently acquired a pair. To me, they sound no better or worse than my Tamiya boards, but that in itself might be considered a victory, considering how much those things can go for.

On balance, I'd say yes though, as I trust Hiroyki when it comes to matters techincal.

i own one myself in my HL Tiger, and i'm very happy with it. I've purchased it directly from Beier:

it costs me 129€ with usb cable and CD with software and sounds, plus 15€ for shipping to Spain

you can do a lot of customizations with it and put your own sounds. it comes with and in-build 3W ampli and a poti for volume.

the only drawback is all the info is in german, except the software, you can change to english anfer intallation.

i've had to translate the whole intructions to spanish with the help of two online translators...

after that, i discovered that they have an english manual for the other model card, the USM-RC, but a lot fo the info is common for both cards, so it will be fine for you...
