hey guys, this is what im planning,

im planning to get a cheep s+s pershing and do the following to it:        (in no particular order)

• Remove bb gun
• insert re-coil system
• remove big HL barrel
• insert thinner new extended super pershing barrel
• put on the extra armour
• put on the turret counter weight
• put on the gun counter weight
• give the barrel a flash unit
• remove battery compartment
• insert dual batteries (swappable)
• insert DBC / DBU battle system
• give it a better speaker
• move switches to rear at top
• re-sray it a less toy like colour
• remove bb indicator LED
• put in metal machine gun with LED in machine gun barrel
• remove boxes on back

change oval loaders hatch for a round hatch

super pershing barrel with muzzel break should be 32cm from mantlet just measured mine and its 3 cm too short

       i have a spare Elmod TLS here sat in my parts box, it works ok, i got the updated one which has provision for servos for gun elevation, if your interested let me know

taking your time and keeping as straight a line as possible would personally attempt cutting something you wont mind launching

you need the right tools, a good knowledge of how to swear & turn the air blue, is most important , then like rob says "taking your time and keeping as straight a line as possible"
