i have just created my first train waggon for the havy tanks of the reichs bahn, the ssyms80to.


im just searching the right railroad profile so im able to creat my own railroad system.

Christian, that is awesome! I know that the standard LGB track is too narrow for this scale, and have heard of people cutting it down the middle and widening it out to twice as wide. Then the attach it to a subplate and cover the center with 'ballast' to hide the open areas. -Mike

My knowledge is limited,but we have the "G" or Garden scale trains here in the States,very popular scale and I am unsure of the actual scale in relation to our tank scale of 1/16. Perhaps this link may help to understand the differences and the possibility of using this track in your project?

thank you very much for that link, my knowlegthe about all the diverent size of that model train is short too but every information will help me.
you G scale should be 1:16 but the size of the railroad should be diverent because of the diverent sice in the usa in comparazion to europ.
