New build starting soon of a 1/6 radio controlled Jagdpanzer 38(t) (Hetzer) formerly supplied by Blitzkrieg Armour.

I'm going for a factory 3 tone hard edged camo scheme similar to these below. Should stand out from the crowd.

More to come in the next week or so.

I've got a fibreglass hull top and bottom for a Hertzer that I've made from my own pattern, but have not sourced the wheels, or running gear. I wonder if the company is still around and can supply the extra parts I have not made yet. I'll be watching the build with interest.

Hi,

That would be great if you could give him a call as it would be nice to be able to progress with the model. I've made the plug in two halves, but not taken a mould yet, so would like to get going with it.

My Hetzer has finally arrived. Now the fun begins, apart from a couple of missing parts all seems to be in good condition. It's a lot bigger than I thought it would be. There quite a bit of extra detailing required to the sprockets & idlers but it will be worth it. I'm also going to super detail the road wheels as I don't like the molded rivets.

WOW!! Now that what you call photo etch, i think you're going to need a bigger P E bending tool bud. Nice looking Jagdpanzer though.

A quick update. It's a bit later than anticipated as I've been waiting for a few bolts and my new Dremel Workstation to arrive. I've got a lot of drilling to do to the wheels so this was a must.

Road wheels marked and ready for drilling then the new rivets will be added.

More to come soon............
