i have am41, i want to modify the airsoft for more power. i've read about installing shims,stronger spring etc. any suggestions on how to modify? have photos ? thanks 45shootr

Tight bore barrels and stronger spring. That was the way with airsoft guns.
You might be able to cut a 6.03mm barrel down to fit.
I know guys used to make their own Hop Ups bucking.
Arnies Airsoft, also some videos on You tube about airsoft upgrades.
An AEG spring wont fit in your little tank. Maybe an old spring snipped to fit.


(I've just remebered what I dislike about airsoft. Spend £200 on a gun to spend the same again to make it "skirmishable")

Their has to be a system that can give accurate ordanance on target safely with a little bang,maybe a nice mark and the fun continues.

But I DISAGREE about the speed of the Projectile as the tragectory,straight slow push with a little spin.Wait that was invented already it's called a 8.8cm Kw.K.36l/56 and a fine rifle,and one that relied on a high muzzle velocity.

But if they missed,which would be rare in a Grossdeutschland Tiger VI then they were generally not concerned with the large debris field and dead people from getting their eye shot out, so we need a safe projectile that if fired at a target and it misses their is not screaming mothers yelling your shot your eye out and ruining the whole day.

Or distribute eye wear at the beginning and to hell with the bystander!

This subject has been debated since the beginning of the hobby,any reasonably safe system would be workable,but group events are the goal and they just can/t be controlled. I WOULD BE THE FIRST TO JOIN IN A PRIVATE GROUP but that is not practical so we suffer until the new system is invented that creates the excitement and does not harm civilians watching 30feet away.
