In the for sale forum can it be set up with a time limit so out of date items are deleted?

i think it would be best to leave items untill they are sold so the seller can just mark them as sold, that way search engines could list items people are selling so older items have more chance of people seeing them (thats how i've found stuff before on other forums, by searching google and finding old burried threads on forums)

Although I can see both sides of the debate, is it possible to ammend the title of the thread if the items are sold?

At least it will lessen the b/w for the site as we won't need to go into them... or be disappointed when you get to the end of the thread and find out that it is no longer available.

The person that made the thread should be able to lock their thread whenever they want in the for sale section. Bandwidth isn't an issue either
