I have been researching the pros and cons of modifying a proportional smoke unit or just going for a super smoker? Problem is that there is not alot of info out there!
Has anyone got one and are they a good option? It seems that there is an issue with RC Command and the only other place I can find that sells them is RCTankWars.
Would like to hear from anyone that has one?

Thanks sparks,
Have just ordered on and will see how it goes? I'll be in touch when it comes to fitting, if I have any issues.

Has anyone got a link for these super smokers? I might get one! Also, is there a fitting guide?

Cheers dsvirus

Rctankwars is selling the next generation super smokers, they are the best and last for a long time. The same person is making them and the two main points are the proportional circuit is a plug and play unit, and the smoke is from fog fluid which does not leave the oily film on your tank.

The wicks are Kevlar with a ceramic heating element. Built to last, The unit in my Tiger was one of the first units and it is approaching a year old and has not needed any service other than adding fuel. Here is a few photos, and know these are built by a tanker for tankers.

Too be clear my Tiger picture is the first test after installation and at full speed, the Jagdpanther is at start up and idle. Their has been some views about the tanks really smoking, every video of a running Maybach smokes. Every Tank in the Russian or German or French winter has a cloud of hot smoke behind the tanks, so the reality is based on the environment. I am not part of the sales or marketing of the Super Smoker Line, Phil and my friend who build them are working together, if my friend who is a member on this forum wishes to advise the membership who he is then that's up to him.

The quality,of these units is of the best material, these have been developed from multiple test and I assure you guy's no one is getting rich selling these,if anything he is doing this hobby a service by bringing the smoker to market. They work and work very well,I also have a smoker for my new 1/200 scale Battleship Arizona and it works very well. cheers Saxondog

For anyone thinking of getting one, here's a vid of the smoker in my Sherman, it was on the table so couldn't go full throttle, but think you will agree its pretty good. Also you get a choice of indoor or outdoor smoker "juice" with the outdoor producing more smoke. This was taken with the indoor type.
