I am new to Heng Long tanks and I have a few, But I really need instructions of how to take the top chassis off, I have removed the 3 screws underneath but still not sure what to do next.

Reason is that my Smoke Unit has failed I think

hi and welcome to the forum, from memory ,on the tiger theres the screws youve found , plus some sneaky ones under the tracks ,

I did see those but thought - Oh no I got to take the tracks off!

Do you know of any manuals that would help?

this will help , look at the gun barrel mantlet fix section ,it explains how to strip it down

Welcome,the Heng Long smoker units are junk. They do not last and at best might work for a few charge times,their are other units available from Phil http://rctankwars.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Hi, you do need to remove the screws under the tracks. If you go onto the Tankzone web site they have some helpfull instructions for dismantling henglong tanks.
