I am working on more interior parts. Hope to build thr turret floor. Also ammo storage racks in thd hull either side of the turret and all the radio equipment between radio operator snd driver. Makes more sense if making parts for more than one tiger. Thats why I need 2. 2nd tiger was a batgain buy. You can see everything through the hatches. Even more when i fit the crew lights.

I have a very understanding partner. Bought me a 1/6 Stuka last year for air support. Moving all out to a new workshop soon as twins on the way. That room will be playroom.

I am fitting radio equipment and instrumentation so decided to build part of the gearbox cover. This will partially hide some of the electronics.

Saving the pennies I am having a go at making some radio equipment for the interior.
Ukw.E.e receiver and 10W.S.c transmitter.
For anybody interested I recomend Technical and Operational History Tiger 1944-1945 VOL.2 by Trojca. If you have problems getting a copy I have a good supplier in Poland.
The book contains a full chapter with full details of the radio equipment including the Pz.Bef.Wg
The chapter contains the dimensions of the radio equipment.

Dimensions of the above units are as follows; identical containers 312mm long, 197mm high 176 mm deep. This will help with construction.

Saved some pennies here. Just a sheet of plastic card. Some small rivets cap head screws for nobs and time. Couple of euros.

Just finished.
