Hi All
Don’t normally like starting on another project but got a bit bored waiting for my circuit board.
This tank as four faults that I know of: Stage 1 and 2
1 Damaged track link.
2 Barrel at an angle see photo photos.
Stage 3 and 4 next.
3 Muzzle broken see photos.
4 Damaged Hatch door.
1. Damaged track link: Thanks to Chris “ Chrisbids33 “ who sent me some links free, I was able to fix this easily. “ Cheers Mate “.
2. Barrel at an angle: To sort this problem I kept my strip down to a minimum by just taken the track off to get at the screws holding the two halves together , after separating, I’ve disconnected the antenna and turret motor wires, leaving all the other wires intact “ bag of nerves after the mess up I made with the circuit board
“ next took out the five screws holding the under side of the turret, found the problem, there are two lugs ether side of the gun mechanism that hold the barrel secure inside the turret, one of them had broken off “ by luck the broken off part was still there “ see photos “, glued it back on rebuilt the tank, give it a test it works.
