Perhaps I have answered the question partially.
November 1942
The Feifel air cleaner system is mounted.
Track guards are added on the hull sides.
Hinged track guards are added front and rear.
Reinforced gun mantle introduced
January 1943
S-Minen dischargers are added.
Guards are added to exhaust mufflers.
Triangular ends added to side track guards.
Gun mantel cut for Tiger P.
The Tiger baggage bin is added.
August 1943
Stop Tiger P gun mantle.
Single headlight is installed instead of dual lights.
Slits in turret vision ports are widened.

In a word no, sorry Stefano, but if you are building at a certain time then just check your pics of that period but remember not many tanks lasted long in battle so things change always a little , so good luck with your build, and keep us posted ..........

I believe this Mantlet is the same as F,I on Fleshy's posted drawing of Mantlet changes.
November 1942
The Feifel air cleaner system is mounted.
Track guards are added on the hull sides.
Hinged track guards are added front and rear.
Reinforced gun mantle introduced. (Reinforced Mantlet, so how did they reinforce it)
January 1943
S-Minen dischargers are added.
Guards are added to exhaust mufflers.
Triangular ends added to side track guards.
Gun mantel cut for Tiger P. (What does "cut" imply?)
The Tiger baggage bin is added.
MONOCULAR GUN SIGHT INTRODUCED IN March 1944. So with the above information the Tiger in question S23 would have the Bi-ocular sight, reinforced Mantlet, Dual headlamps(which are missing) shovel on front. So what else is needed to identify the production version of this Tiger, We know when it was delivered to GD Feb.1943 from 3rd-Company-Panzer regiment 203.

- Grossdeutschland S23, I believe this phot to be in August 1943 after KURSK.

- Grossdeutschland S23
