I need your help with some photos of a Stug with a fording exhaust for my build. I have a few showing it but none as to how it is attached and what the lower hull looks like if there is any changes vs. the standard exhaust. I have attached a couple of photos of what I mean. Thanks for your help. Shotgun

Follow this link, a few minutes into the video you will see the rear of the Stug, soon after their is a line drawing that shows the rear end section. The other two links are Stug three history parts 1 and 2. Hope this helps, remember to freeze frame on full screen. cheers Saxondog

Great videos Blake. Will watch these again. These will help with my Panzer build. I wanted to add side armour but I have wide tracks and now think they would look wrong. Maybe do the turret.
I have fitted that exhaust also and did not add anything extra. It is worth stripping any paint off the exhaust as the stuff it came with is poor quality and will ruin your finish. I'm pleased with the weathering on mine. See pic.
Now I want a Stug also. If anybody has made their own side armour please let me know. I'm looking for pictures and ideas.

Thanks Blake and JohnF, the First Video was good. Interesting with the C clamps next to the outside cupola. How fast we adapt to survive is always amazing. Will look at the rest of the videos when I get home from work tonight. Thanks for the nice photos JohnF. Shotgun

Here are a few picture of the exhaust on my Jagdpanther 313,and Tiger S13. This effect is done by first a rough sanding, then chalk pastel dust ground into the grooves, a light mist of thinner and more pastel dust. The thinner dries and bonds the dust. I have also tried this method on my Tiger S13. But on the Tiger I coated the exhaust with varnish mist. Saxondog
