Here's a video of my test of the Tiger 1. This is the tank that has given me nothing but troule over the past year. It was the first rc tank I purchased and it got the works. Now that Wibbly was kind enough to teach me the ins and outs of elmod all is coming together very well. A big thanks to you, Rob.

Looking good, and you seem to have crystal clear sound. Which speaker are you using??

I am using a 3 inch full range that I purchased from parts depot. It is not as good as the Visteon supposedly, but it sounds really good to me.

Look great and I love the audio. I plan to use something I found in a Movie clip for my model.

You chose the speaker well. I have the Visitron in my Stug and Tiger, and although the sound is high quality, they tend to be quite 'bass'. This means that the higher frequencies get lost when replayed. Yours is crystal clear, and makes me think that I should try an alternative. On the other hand it might just be that the new versions of the Elmod boards have better amplifiers, but without testing it all back to back there isn't any way of telling?

Nice paintwork also! You just don't get a tank that looks more "Hard as Nails" than a battle worn Tiger!
Heil der Tiger!

Thanks for all the kind words guys. As I said before, if not for Rob, I'd still be scratching me head with this thing. I am now caable of doing alot more with elmod than I even knew was possible. It is truly the best you can get for the money. Unfortunately, the Tiger is out of comission now, due to a destroyed turret. Seems I had nothing but roblems with the turret set-up and will purchase another and use all tamiya parts in it. Ah well, the PzIII will have to go to battle next weekend.

This is purely a prototype site that I have created, still more to do, but just in case it helps anyone while things are progressing, here is the link.

I also have an older site in case anyone wants to take a look there.

Great video. Looks and sounds great. I hope to get some video soon. I repositioned my arial yesterday but it's obstructing turret movement. I will move it again today. I'm using a visaton 8. What tank setting were you using. 3:1 heavy tank or easy run setting. My girlfriend did'nt get the idea of the log on the side of my tank but thanks to your video she now sees that its normal. Is the musuc through the tank or added to the video?

Well done.

I have uploaded a short video to Utube. How do I load it to forum?
