Welcome Ricky, Happy to see a new group discovering this hobby. Like the aircraft it is addicting but tanks don't crash as badly as aircraft. You have any questions just ask, and their is a vendor in Dallas called RCCOMMAND that is not to far from you. We have a vendors section here as well which I would suggest you check out prior to purchasing Tanks or Parts. I live in Memphis,Tn. and have found this to be a great bunch of people, and we all like pictures so post at will.

Take it easy, Saxondog

planes have been my passion since i was a kid. i told my friends and family and friends i would some day have an rc airport in my back yard and now i do. me and my friends are building an rc tank battle field and are can not wiat to finish it. i have a walker bulldog made by henglong and they have no upgrade parts only trakes . so i am makeing bearing for the gear boxes and for the drive shafts to the tank hull. i wish they had more up grades for my tank . thanks ricky

Welcome Ricky! Looking forward to seeing loads of photos. Is Lubbock by chance named after Lubeck in Germany? If you can call a Scottishman an old "Colonial" I often see names I associate with otherplaces? (Rambling a bit but welcome!)
