HENG LONG TRACK REFITTING

hi, CAN ANYBODY PLEASE HELP? I have a Tiger 1 heng long with a broken track and just had a new pair delivered today. is there a certain way of putting them on? i've just broken one of the new ones trying to put them on(gutted) THANKS people
