13 stars to represent the 13- states of the Confederacy, Blue bars with white trim on a background of Blood red(Burgundy) and you have the correct flag. If you need one in the future let me know, member of Sons of Confederate Veterans in good standing.

yeah, it does look good! almost like it belongs there... but... don;t know if I would go into combat with a signal flag revealing my position...

Or maybe he is a Southerner? Many did fight and die for this Country in both World Wars I and II .The southern Heritage ran strong, and being a agricultural based economy, in all the United States Wars the Farm Boys went first My home state of Tennessee is called the Volunteer state for our history of military service. So the flag to me does add a realistic detail to your tank.

Never really liked the Pershing or Sherman but your build has changed my mind about the Pershing, the detailing is excellent, the tone of the coloring looks very real and like an actual tanks finish. Really have done a fine job Frank

On a side note check-out Battle ship Alabama park. you might find a Pershing there.http://www.ussalabama.com/military.php" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Sax, i agree with you, I never really liked the design of US tanks at all. What were they thinking??(oh yeah ease of production, the tanks were never really meant for this or that or war in general....)

Isn't that what spies are for, to get the best from your enemy?

But you are RIGHT! Fynsdad has changed my mind at least about the pershing. It actually looks good!

..I don't think I will ever build a sherman unless I win it for free or some other great deal ...and then it would have to be the heavy hitter variant.
