T-34 TO HL HELP

[daisycutter]

im planning on converting my wsn t-34 to heng long internals the lower hull is easy(just making everthing fit) but i need some help with the turret internals as there are a LOT wires in here and everthing seems to be connected to everything else

i want to:
keep the recoil unit if possible
keep the gun flash led
keep the elevation motor
ditch the wsn ir and flash bulbs
add hl ir if possible
what do i cut and what do i keep?

I'd be inclined to get some small cable ties and make groups of wires and mark each set as to where it came from, use masking tape to write on and wrap it round each group like a flag. I must admit it looks like a plate of Spagboll.
