Hi chaps

It`s been a while since my last post, so here`s a quick heads up on this years remaining shows I will be displaying at >>

August 22nd >> Porthleven Lifeboat Day: will be showing Tamiya Tiger 1 (just been upgraded with Asiatam metal tracks, runs like a dream  ) & custom built Stug III Ausf G (Heng Long donor chassis).

September 4th >> Cornish Scale Modellers show, St. John Hall, Penzance: will be showing Tamiya Tiger 1 & also a "tank assault course" where the great unwashed will get a chance to drive (against the clock, Stig eat yer heart out :wtf: ) a custom built StuIG 33B (heng Long donor chassis).

On the large(r) scale front my 1/6th Armortek 222 armoured car ("Heidi" as she shall henceforth be known :/ ) should be in my grubby little paws by mid December, so counting the days down on that one :P

Will then be switching over to (mostly) 1/6th scale R/C & 1/6th scale static (Dragon figures & models etc) displays for 2011 season onwards.

Also just finished some 1/6th scale sratchbuilt tank traps, which should look great with the 1/6th scale barbed wire that I got off ebay  the other day.

I now have a nice "little" collection of scratchbuilt stuff in 1/6th scale which should look good in the displays I have planned for next year >>

Guard house (able to take x2 figures plus machine gun & attachment points for flag pole/flag)
German sign posts (x2)
Traffic barriers (x4)
Tank traps (x3)

So as you can see I`ve been pretty busy, but than again, mans gotta have a hobby

Keep yourselves safe & happy guys

Until we meet again, don`t know where, don`t know when...

Hi chaps

Just a quick one :{ to let you know how this years Cornish shows went.

Lifeboat Day was a good one, with a few interested & admiring punters. Already much excitement amongst the great unwashed over next years change over to 1/6th scale shows

C.S.M was also a great success, with a total of 18 drivers giving the timed Tank Assault course a go :D . The winner completed the course in the incredible time of 14 seconds!, with some pennies also being raised in aid of S.O.S & Combat Stress.

Thats all for this year down here in Cornwall, stay safe & happy guys

Until we meet again, don`t know where, don`t know when...
