weel go to the paypal website,

click the sign up button,

input your details, and at the bottom it has a single tick box that is default clicked, untick it,

then proceed, then when it comes up with card details ect after you have activated it click the button (text) underneath

i can remembers what it says but click it,

any other help ricky ill help you at lunchtime today... bugger sorry i cants ive got prefect duty LOL
