hi all

i seriously need help .... i cannot access this site ... and only this site is causeing me problems

i think its down to my 3 dongle internet connection.... the ip address reset .. and i cannot get on..

all my other www sites i visit .. i have no problems with

any on know how the hect to reset .. the ip address on a 3 dongle ... i have spent over 20 hours trying to find out

i am at my wits end .....

HELP > PLEASE > ITS DRIVEING ME NUTTS

I use a 3 dongle when I'm away from home and don't have any problem accessing the site. The dongle gets it's own IP adress on startup. What error message do you get when trying to get access?

a quick google search reveals that your google chrome has messed up and could be effecting your whole pc.

heres what google said:

Go to :
Options->Under the Hood->Change proxy settings->LAN Settings -> Automatic Configuration -> Automatically detect settings = ON

Close GC
Restart

It should load the page(s) as expected.

Resolved on WXP-SP3 not running GC.

Turn OFF Windows Firewall. Last MS Update must have turned it ON.

The process will bve simular in ie or firefox, but at the end of the day its a problem with your web browsers proxy setting, and not the forum as i had thought. (one webrowsers setting can have a knock on effect to the others)

have emailed this to people having problems, if you know somebody who is having problems please send them this.

thanks for the help ... but no joy at all

i have to use my sister old o2 dongle ..its gprs and not broadband .. so thaks 1 minute just to load the main index page .... and its again only this site

i have turned off all fire walls ...and removed any updates for the last 14 days ....
