Hi Guys

Does anyone know the true location of the KV1 ariel (either captured or russian) as the tank is about to be taken apart for a bit of modification

Could that be the ariel sticking up by the front mg or am i hoping it is as thats the only ariel i can see..

Ok,just enlarged the pic and that is the ariel,,just tried it on the pimple that sticks up there on mine and there is the small issue of not being able to rotate the turret or having the tip of the ariel in the next room lol

I was hoping for a turret mount..lol

captured kvs in service in the 8th and 12th panzer div moved the antenna to the fender

Just poked it down the side of the extra armour and i must admit it looks better there...

Now you are going to call me a real pain in the A*$E...any idea what colour the above tank would of been as it seems a plain colour
