Can anybody suggest a 2.4 GHZ radio with mutli model memory but with mechanical trims as on the not electronic ?

You can try a Spektrum DX6i, it does not have mechanical trims but through setting up your dual rates you will be able to access the functions at a flick of your (dual rate) switch.
