Some more of my tanks.

Post by gorgeousfloanne »

Here are some more pics of some of the tanks I've done.
I've lost all the pics of my first 2 Pershings.
I've never taken any work threads, but I will start taking them soon.
My next projects are a Tiger 1 early. A T34 & a scratch built AEC mk3 armoured car.
Hope you like the pics.
Thanks,
Jo.

Thank you.
The fender is quite easy to do. you need to get it very hot with a flame until it becomes pliable & then shape it.
The hard ones were the Flakpanzer, Hummel & the KV-2 because they were modified using steel & they had to be welded together. The shape of the Flakpanzer turret took ages.

I'm very flattered.
I don't do commision work because this is just a hobby for my fiance & I.
We both find a subject that we agree on & he does most of the mods & I do most of the painting & weathering.
We really love making one-off tanks where possible.
It really beats watching telly all evening.
Thanks, Joanne.

I'm going to start making work threads on my next projects.
I'll post them all when the next one's finished.
