Not so much a build as an after build mod I fitted 3.1 to1 reduction gearboxes to my tamiya King Tiger and it has slowed it down and increased the torque so now that when its at full throttle the maybac engine sound really  comes to live just thought you might be interested



PS sorry don't know happened to the sound still playing at being an editor lol  and the camera work is a bit shaky I had transmitter in 1 hand and cam in the other but I am working on it lol

hey, nice little mod youve got their! youll beable to climb up fairly steep hills now  ... and go where no rc tanker has gone before ... LMFAO!!

ahhhh pete you got pleanty of shots in, i got taken out alot of times due to having no turret!! lol, i got wedged imbetween a tank and box, and you shot me from behind!!

You still can't deney your tank is too fast!! If its going to be that fast it should be a medium!!

A few years ago I supplied 3:1 reduction boxes for the Tamiya's these where the same as Tank zone but I think they where around £60 the pair including postage can supply these again if there is any interest, hears what they achieve

scale speed
improved torque
reduced hull recoil when you fire the main gun

That's far less than they can be bought for in this country, O and they are not the same nor do they fit
