Newbi from the States

Well my first post here.My mom is from England and all her family still live there. My dad is from here, the States. So I guess that puts me in the middle of the pond or a Yanklish. I have been looking over this jolly site ( that's the Brit side) and it looks inviting. My main thing is tanks, but I've build a R/C lorry (more English terms), and was heavy into Lionel. I just built my son the same Tyco layout I had as a kid in '75. So this forum seems to fit the bill. I also restore Pre War radios and have two Pre War cars that I am almost finish restoring. So you might say a jack of all trades, but master of none. I am not much of a poster, but I will try more often here
I also like a big variety of the hobby's and jump back and forth in them.Glad to see you come on board,and welcome.
