have a problem grills i got for tiger dont fit over grill catch not sure what to do try to trim grills will be difficult or trim grill catch any surgestions

how much do you need to take of ,if its a gnats i would file the grills but if its alot have you thought about carefully removing the hinges and sticking them back over the grill mesh ?

It's not very clear,but you can see that the grills fit tight.

I had the same problem,I used a hobby knife to groove a slot into the catch assemblies so I could slide the grills into place and they look good.The gap is to narrow on the grills,but if you groove the hinge assembly the grills will slide into place.

Each to their own. I had the same problem too but put the grills in a vice and gently filed the excess material away.
