Hi,
did'nt like the self tappers that hold the wheels onto the stub axles on the panzer 3 ( did read somewhere tha someone had snapped one in the axle )
, anyway i tapped them with a 3mm tap and used a bolt if your thinking of doing this use the button head bolts in the second picture not the cap head  bolts in the first picture because the wheels won't go back together, ( the metal axles not the plastic pictured )
