Scratch Build or Conversion from Cardboard/Paper Plans

Hi All,

Saw a post on the forum that likes to delete posts ( without any reason or prior notification ) about building a cardboard SdKfz 251 RC halftrack.
Seems he got the plans for his awesome build in a job lot from ebay and couldn't provide a link to the manufacturer.

Anyway I've done a bit of googling and you wouldn't believe the stuff that's available, the best news is a lot of it is plans for British armour.  ;D
There's also loads of other stuff in the armour category as well as masses of planes and boats. Some of the manufacturers also do kits of field fortifications, pill boxes etc.

So, for anyone who want's to convert their PzIV into a Hummel or Stug, a T34/85 into a 76 or even attempt a scratch build of a Crusader, all you do is
buy one of these very cheap kits, re-size the plans and get hold of some styrene sheet. Then after a bit of work, and lot of swearing & drinking we should be seeing
posts of some brilliant conversions and builds.

Heres the link: http://www.ukpapermodels.com/index.php

Cheers
John
