RC Tank Warfare community hobby forum

hi everyone, my name is ross and ive just bought a HL tiger 1 S&S. The hobby looks great and ive been modeling on and off for years. I have already put metal tracks, gearbox and drive wheels and i have also just added a new drivers vision block aswell. Theres loads i want to do but finding the cash is always a problem haha. Im really interested in the IR side of things as well but think im gonna get my tiger modeled and pianted first. Im going for a late model. any suggestions for starting out would be appreciated.

Thanks for the warm welcome guys! Heres some pics so far, had a bit of hassle with the drivers window but its on ok now. Now i see it on a photo it seems a little squint if im honest need 2 fix that lol

Cheers mate I think the next upgrades are gonna be a barrel extention and a 3:1 gearbox so better start saving up

Quick observation for you, Ross - fit the IR system first before you paint, otherwise you will mess up your paint / zimmeritt etc

I need to update the section on the EGS, but suffice to say that I'm not able to recommend that system
