Okay Brothers,

At keeping secrets I am the worst :/

So lets say you have your self a Heng Long tank...oh heck lets even say it has the RX-18 just for fun. Now what can you add to the functions of the tank?

You want abow MG that moves? You want the soon to be ready moving talking tank commander? Hummm, how about the loader popping up out ofthe hatch?....shoot... how about the radio operator coming out of his hatch?

"But Don," you say. "How can that be done with only the RX-18? Oh tell us bald one."

Well you can do the same with the RX-13 RX-14, Futaba 4 Channel, Elmod, However your little heart wants to run your tank.

The secret is, and I bet you used one today.

The key fob you have to remotley lock and unlock your car door, set off the panic alarm unlock your trunk, is a 4 channel Xmitter.

And for $7.00 you can have both the Xmitter and Reciever.

Have fun!! I sure am!!!

Hello Don,
I have been looking for something exactly like this  BUT I thought that I was going to have to buy a super cheap small remote controlled toy and cut it up for the parts !!!! :D
I see in the specs that it can handle 5 Volts which is fine using a 7805 to reduce the 7.2 Volts to the 5V that it needs BUT please can I ask how much is the current at 5 mA ?? I suspect that it is not very much so I presume that I would have to use relays, which is not a problem. ( I think that I will be buying more than JUST ONE of these beautiful little remotes :D )
Regards,
Alb.

Hey Alb,

They also have 8 channel systems. Yes sir you will have to use relays likethe oe I am using in the moving talking Tiger commander. Opens up a whole new world for the model tanks.

Hello again, :D
I made an offer of $6.00 ( Buy -It- Now at $7.00 ) each for 4 of the transmitters and had it ACCEPTED ! so Total Cost INCLUDING Postage to me $29.00 or in real money :haha: £19.52.....which I think is incredibly good value to add > 4 EXTRA CHANNELS < to my Heng Long Transmitter....AND to still have 3 More Transmitters / receivers, left for other Panzers ...now what can I add , to Move or toTurn on or off ?? :haha:
Many Thanks again for the 'Heads-Up' on the Transmitter and receiver :D  , I saw the larger 8 channel ones.....but what could I use 8 EXTRA channels for :O ................ :D

They have many more but either momentary or latch connect, this could be different, their was some talk before about two operators per tank, now you could operate the gun with thier 4or6 channel unit.leaving the other operator to drive the Tank.Could be fun,but that would work great with the new paintball gun from Creeping Death.Just waiting for a delivery, either a new paint ball gun system with recoil or Jagdpanther gun without the recoil. Two operators could be alot of fun with I/R,would possibly have an effect on the pace of the Battle since you have two different priorities, the driver is diving, the gunner is shooting while being driven, free to aim and shoot. But still one would have to command, the gunner or the driver? Well Don think you could install the 4-channel into a H/L Turret? SAX
