Hi,
I am attempting to convert my bb firing Panther 'G' to a I/R tank. I have ordered my recoil unit from Forgebear to get the ball rolling but was wondering if any of you had undertaken this process and could offer any advice. Or preferably a shopping list
Mike

Hello Mike, first the airsoft gun will need replacement with recoil unit and new barrel,I think the mantel is retained, flash unit, tower and several power cords and component wire harnesses. The best solution is to contact Dave again and have him supply the parts.

I have received my recoil unit now but I have really no idea on how it wires in. The unit is brand new (thanks Dave) I see the two solder points on the recoil motor but i am unsure as to where the 3 wires on the reverse side should be connected
Also, could anyone tell me how to reattach the elevation system onto the recoil unit as the bb unit has this groove which is missing on the recoil unit.
I assumed it would have been quite straight forward to convert a BB firing tank into a recoil / flash tank.. looks like I underestimated the procedure.
Thanks for any help you can give me
Mike
