RC Tank Warfare community hobby forum

hi all every year at my old school where my dad works as caretaker the local scouts run a model transport show it is mainly railways but one guy builds military vehicles out of meccano they r the nuts one year a real alvis stalwart turned up.
anyway me and my dad go and show our rc aircraft off and for the last couple of years a tank or two and the organizer wants to know if anyone is interested in bringing their tanks along to show them off.
it is at astley sports college in dukinfield near manchester on the 8 & 9th of may.
if you are interested let me know and i will tell the organizer how many r coming.

Hi ID like to come could run my tanks out before Muckelbough could bring a grandson as well so could have a small battle.
Can you remind me nearer the date I dont live to far away Nelson Lancs .

Hi Just looked on the map it takes about 40mins in moderate/heavy traffic to Dukinfield light traffic about 30mins light traffic nearly all motorway.So it looks good for at least one of the days mabe two if the boss lets me .

well i have managed to persuade my dad to let me turn the back garden into a battlefield so if ur ever in the area let me know and we can have a battle if u want
