downloading my pics to max 150 kb

Help I have somegreat pics of my early tiger 1 in desert camo but I cant upload due to pic file hitting nearly 800 kb Any suggestions reduce quality in digital camerA?

re-size your pictures on your computer, then upload, or post them on the forum VIA photobucket (or similar company)
