Started on scenery

As the dark evenings are with us, and as I am awaiting various bits and pieces to finish off the tank fleet, I thought | would start on some battlefield scenery. It's a nice cheap past time!

I have done the front of a house using a piece of plywood. This was simply marked out with a pen for brickwork, then diluted rust pigment for the red brick colour. I painted the window frames and glass on top using brown and silver, then airbrushed the smoke effect on. It didn't take long at all so I at least I know that I can make more of the same if I can find some cheap plywood from somewhere.

I might try to simulate a forest as well at some point, as well as some ruins to hide Stugs and Jagdpanthers in.

I really should dust the cobwebs off my wallet and buy a decent camera, but hey the camera phone will have to do for now.

Some more scenery done. I just cut up a plywood box, spread tile cement all over it, scribed the stonework while wet, painted it grey while wet, airbrushed it for the black smoke effect, and presto, instant ruins!

I had to do something today. I was lying in bed last night wondering what all the noise was outside...woke up this morning and the drivers side of my car is wrecked and the bumper is ripped off. There was a card through my door from the police telling me that my HR-V had been hit by a 'Fail to stop'. I hardly drive the thing, it's parked off the road, and even though its in a different place that is the second time this year it has been trashed by persons unknown. >:< >:< >:< >:<
