DPDT Slide Switches

I'm looking at fitting an in board charger to my Tiger. Can any one tell me whats the best type of switch to use. I was thinking of using a DPDT slide switch. I know you can get (correct me if I'm wrong ) 2 pole on/off or 3 on/off/on. Does it matter which one to use ? I probably will use a Deans charging connector as well.

Cheers.

STEINER.

I was also looking at doing this. I'm curious what switches people are using with their circuits.
Cheers,

Here's the method I've been using for a couple of years without any problem and it uses the HL on/off switch but relocated somewhere better.
The best pace for the recharging socket on the Tiger is under the exhaust heatshield where it can't be seen.

Howdoo i did this a while ago but removed it all after reading about batterys blowing up in the tanks.
used a dpdt switch, centre pole live and neutral, switch up powers the board, switch down connects the charger to the battery. Can't seem to get the pictures up

Wrong way around, switxh up couples charger to battery, switch down puts power to the board
