king tiger help

Hi,need information on tamiya king tiger early 56004 kit,i need to replace suspension arms/
suspension housings/
torsion bay stays and torsion bars,
will the parts made for the late kit 56018 king tiger fit the old one ?
your help would be appreciated and who stock the parts. thanks.

i have the later kit and i think the only differance between the two are one is full option with the electronics
i would think that the suspension running gear etc should be the same
do you have the manual as i will check the parts list for you against mine

Hi mt 1 the Tamiya King Tiger has the same hull,drive and suspension system on both models. The only diffrences are the FO model uses longer bushings and axles in the road wheels which helps to reduce play. and there are metal wings that fit to each side of the hull top to close the gap between the aluminium hull and the plastic superstructure. Hope this helps

A good source of Tamiya parts is "Jasons Store" on ebay. Based in the far east but he's cheap and does fast postage.
