"I have a used Tamiya Tiger I, but some of the road wheel rubber tires are worn out and in poor condition.
I saw that AliExpress sells Mato 1/16 Tiger I replacement rubber tires.
Does anyone know if Mato rubber tires are compatible with Tamiya road wheels?"

You need the ones for the Tamiya - Axels Modellbau sells them. Highly recommended seller in Germany.

Good news! I just checked... both Taigen & Mato tires ("tyres" for you guys on the east side of the pond) DO fit the Tamiya Tiger road wheels perfectly

If you want them to look like the Tamiya originals, then go with the Taigen ones:
They're not as glossy & don't have raised writing on the surface like the Mato ones:
Mato rubber has "Dunlop" & a bunch of numbers embossed on the surface:
The backs are the same... both have a visible seam
Important thing is that the interior groove, which seats it on the wheel, is the same width on all three... love it when things are actually compatible!
