Hi folks. I'm a noob and have a couple questions. After running this tank for about 15 minutes, it dropped half a return roller, and shed the outer sprocket.

Is loctite the right answer for the sprocket screw? Is CA ideal for the return roller?

About a third of the road wheels seem to have quite a bit of slop on the axles, but the phillips screws seem snug, or possibly stripped. Is that OK?
Several of the torsion bars seem to have a lot of slop, despite the hex screws holding them to the hull seeming tight. Is that OK?
Eventually I'll pull them all off to paint them.

And lastly, I've heard a lot of folks talk about filling the pockets on the insides of the tracks. Has anybody tried spraying with "FlexSeal" or painting "PlastiDip" into then and sanding off the excess?

Yippie! Goodie for you on getting a Pershing. Yes, I have used Loctite in just the way you suggest. I am not aware of anyone filling in the tracks. Let's see what others say.

I would use threadlock on the sprocket screw

A few of us have filled the material saving cavities on the inside of the tracks. One used a black hot glue (I intend on trying that one next time). I know PainlessWolf did another method but couldn't find the thread and don't remember what he used. I used "Goop" was a very old bottle made in Germany. I've read the current stuff comes from a different country. My Goop self leveled, could be trimmed when cured and paint stuck to it well.

Can also use PVA glue on your screw threads. Not as strong as threadlock so is easy to remove as required.
Dont use locktite, that will be the end of you.
