RC Tank Warfare community hobby forum

Hello Folks- Noob here, so my apologies if this is covered somewhere else, but I couldn't find it. I'm attaching the detail parts to my HL M4A3 and find that although most have pins/pegs that go into holes in the tank, many do not appear to have any mounting feature. The manual shows what appears to be a bracket, or maybe a symbol for "buttload of glue goes here". Anyway, if it's a bracket, I'm missing parts, because nothing in the box matches it. I've attached a photo with some of the symbols circled in red. Does anyone know what they are (or what instruction they are supposed to convey)? Many thanks in advance!

The symbols indicate double-sided tape.But remember that most of these elements are optional. It's best to look at photos of real tanks from the war. Furthermore, on real tanks, nothing was left "loose"; it was attached, usually with ropes and straps. Or even welded to the hull.

Welcome to the Forum by the way. Kaczor has the right of it. If you look at the illustration on the box that your tank came in, it should give you an indication of how Heng Long has mounted these items. Heng Long has given you parts that look good once on the tank and has not given you means of mounting them _realistically_. Here are a few pics of a Heng Long Sherman from my own Builds that will give you an idea of how to address mounting spare wheels, track sections and oil cans. ( Even you even want to. ) They are not needed to give you a good looking Sherman that will be fun to run.
