in a Red Box by Avalon Hill circa 1980s. We used to call this a Monster Game.

Me and 2 other guys played this game every Tuesday nite ( almost ) for a year.
Ahhh the old days!

Also remember another monster called "WORLD IN FLAMES".

Would love to find these on line but I haven't been successful.

We used to have risk. It was nepoleon wars era based if memory serves
