Like I mentioned in another thread, make sure you are clued up on what is actually the latest tech here, rather than some selling sites that will try to over-charge for old stock when choosing a seller.

Decided to not go with a challenger, so instead I have a HL King Tiger on its way. Looking forward to it arriving and having that first play.

Welcome. Good choice not going with the Challenger. It can be a bit problematic as a first tank.

At 48, I could see 1/48th aircraft models. The choice of scale is in inverse proportion to age: I've been down--unh, up?--to 1/16 for over a decade now.

I am most disappointed.

Hi, I'm new here. I managed to join last week, but was almost immediately locked out for a week
I've just got myself a new Challenger 2, with some upgrades. I'm also planning a few more,- plus a respray. I have 4 more 1/16th tanks, all of which need major attention!
The first one is on the workbench now, the M26 Pershing , it looks like it needs the piston head seal fixed on the smoke unit (I have that familiar clatter ) & the motor airgun unit has stopped motor airgunning.... Again.
