Hello,
2x tanks in and ready to start modelling.

I used to do a lot of military vehicle shows with my brother (Matchless motorbike resto & a Hotchkiss / Willys jeep amogst other things). Uk and occasional trips to Normandy.

I remember when the Armortek tanks started appearing at shows and thought Wow! these things are amazing. Fast forward to now and we have minature versions that you can drive around the house chasing the cats. Brilliant.

Anyway, I guess you all like looking at pictures of tanks and such? (and testing out uploading images)

Hello, hello, hello! Thanks for the photos in an introduction! I see much fun ahead with both a WWII and an MBT. Please do join us in showing your efforts. And--OH YES--I love the re-enactment photos!

Unh, I'd hate to get too close to that nice curved exhaust with bare meat! YOW! :O

Hello and welcome from Argyll and Bute. Love the T72. The other thing not so much. The Matchless is great. Used to have the AJS equivalent. Used it heavy weight trials. Raced a 650 Matchless with a sidecar.

Nick!
Welcome to the Forum! Thanks for the Photos. They are much appreciated. We love to chat and kick the virtual roadwheels around here. You have a Great Start there in those 2 AFVs. I don't have any modern Soviet Armor but am good to go with the WWII stuff. The Jagdpanther is an amazing Tank Hunter and it looks like you have an upgraded version there so tons can be done to add realism. Make sure to check out the Sub-Forums for Modern and WWII Builds to get ideas and sources of parts from.
regards,
Painless
